How it Works
Foodquiz is designed to gather information on consumer likes and dislikes, as well as behaviors and attitudes. All of the information gathered remains completely confidential. Your individual answers and personal information will never be disclosed to any outside parties.
Incentive Structure
For each survey, we will conduct a drawing from among all people who answer that particular survey. You will also receive an additional chance to win for every other survey you have completed in the last six months. For each survey, the following prizes will be awarded:
$500 - 1 winner
$100 - 2 winners
$20 - 15 winners
